The terms behind every payout.

To join the Stravix affiliate program you must:

• Be 18 or older.
• Have a website, newsletter, or social presence reaching a real audience (no fake-traffic schemes).
• Hold a valid bank or PayPal account in a supported country.
• Not be a current employee or contractor of Chime Stream B.V.

We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion.

Rates

• 30% recurring commission on every paid subscription for the first 12 months a referred customer is active.
• 5% for second-tier referrals you bring into the program.

Attribution

Last-click, 60-day cookie window. The most recent affiliate link a user clicked before signing up gets credit.

Payouts

Monthly, on the 15th, for commissions earned the previous month and cleared of the 30-day refund window. Minimum payout: €50. PayPal, Stripe Connect, or wire transfer.

Acceptable:

• Honest reviews, tutorials, comparison articles, social posts, and newsletter mentions.
• Stravix-provided creative assets, used as-is or with your context.
• Your real opinion of the product.

Not acceptable:

• Misleading claims (“get Stravix free,” “limited offer” that isn't).
• Trademark-bidding on “Stravix” or close variants in paid search.
• Spam, cookie-stuffing, or any form of incentivised clicks.
• Posting on platforms or to audiences that violate our Terms of Service.
• Self-referrals from your own accounts or accounts you control.

You may use the Stravix name and logo in your promotion, provided you do so accurately and you don't imply partnership or endorsement beyond “Affiliate.” Don't modify the logo. Don't register domains or social handles containing “Stravix.”

You must disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously in every piece of content that contains a referral link. This is both the law in most jurisdictions and a condition of the program.

Commission is reversed if a referred customer refunds within 30 days or issues a chargeback within 90 days. Reversed commissions are deducted from your next payout (or invoiced if the balance is negative for two consecutive months).

Either of us can end the affiliate relationship at any time. We may also terminate immediately for breach of these terms or fraudulent activity, in which case unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

Our liability is capped at the commissions paid to you in the previous 12 months. You agree to keep non-public information you receive about Stravix (roadmaps, metrics shared in private channels) confidential.

We may update these terms. Including commission rates. With 30 days' notice. If you don't agree with a change, you can end your participation before it takes effect.
